SL-270

Description

SOLUBZ (SL-270) is a high performance, high quality heat transfer fluid made from highly refined and thermal stable paraffinic petroleum oil.
The high thermal stability of SL-270 help to reduce formation of carbon deposits, thus improved operating efficiency.
The viscosity of the fluid has been selected to ensure high heat transfer coefficients and reduce the breaking down of hydrocarbon molecules by heat.

Application
Specially formulated to be used in both closed and open heat transfer systems up to 310°C / 590°F.
At high temperatures the fluid life will be shortened.
To ensure long service life and not too much of formation of carbon deposits, the temperature of the oil film adjacent to the heater element should preferably not exceed 332°C / 630°F.

The service life of SL-270 is depended on the design and usage of the system.
