Description
SL-181 is superior, heavy duty grease. It provides excellent lubricity, resists separation and thinning and has good shear and mechanically stability. It is exceptionally resistant to water wash out including emulsions.
A truly multi-purpose grease that outperforms many other heavy duty greases.
Application
SL-181 is primarily used to lubricate water pumps, cranes, trucks, wire ropes, machinery components and vehicle bearings operating under mild conditions and lubrication of buffer disks, screw couplings, hand brake spindles etc.
Characteristic
SL-181 is formulated from good quality base oil to meet industrial and automotive requirements. It has no environmentally harmful substances and heavy metals.
Methods of applications
For optimum performance, it is recommended that the bearing are cleaned of all existing grease or oil lubricating with SL-181 grease.
Chlorinated solvents should not be used because they can leave chlorine, which can cause corrosion.
Proper lubrication is achieved by using the correct amount of grease. Too little grease in the bearing causes premature failure.
Usable temperature range for continuous service is 90°C (194°F). With frequent relubrication up to 110°C (230°F).

Do not ingest. If this should occur, drink large volumes of water and seek medical attention.
