Description

SL-151 Wire Rope Grease Lubricant is specifically designed to extend the life of wire ropes and chains. It penetrates to the fiber rope core to prevent drying out.
SL-151 Wire Rope Grease Lubricant is formulated from a hydrophobic thickener to produce a high heat resistance, water repellent lubrication. It is fortified with special additives package for extreme pressures and load, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and corrosion inhibition. The protective coating will resist rain fall and immersion is sea water. It will not wash out easily in presence of water.

Application
SL-151 Wire Rope Grease Lubricant is recommended for use on wire ropes and cables, link chains, track rollers, lifting ropes, cranes, cargo hoists, drag lines, and applications which require hard film lubrication and protection.

Characteristic
The lubricating ability of SL-151 Wire Rope Grease Lubricant was made from high VI base oil, special thickener and additives which will provide a powerful adhesion and strong cushioning action.
The film of solid lubricant resists both acids and alkalized, with a low coefficient of friction and a pressure resistance of many times that of a conventional grease/lubricant.

Methods of applications
Poured on manually or apply using suitable brushes. It can also be applied through mechanical means such as drip oilers, special applicators etc.
