Description
The radiator water cooling system lubricant that lubricates, cleans & prevent rust.
SL-12 radiator protective concentrated is the advance solution that eliminates most of the water cooling system problems. SL-12 is also the water cooling system lubricant that lubricates, cleans & prevent rusting.
Radiator Problems
Probably the most neglected part of a vehicle is the cooling system. Most vehicle owners pay less attention to the cooling system. The cooling systems of today’s modern and advance engines face two great problems; the lack of lubricant and rust:
- Lack of lubricant results in the premature failure of the water pump and also causes sticking of the thermostat and improper operation of the thermostat
- Rust can and often does cause complete radiator failure
- Rust will affect the cooling system which lead to overheating of the engine
Applications
Use 300 ml SL-12 to 10 liters of water.
Remove the radiator cap when the engine is cold. Drain and clean the radiator system with the water several times.
Add SL-12 to the radiator, which is three-quarter filled with water.
Run the engine while topping-up water to the system.
Stop engine, check the coolant reservoir, not to exceed the “FULL” mark (Not to over fill).
Bleed air through air-bleed bolt (if any) in the thermostat housing.
